We offer a full refund on all Pro license purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason — if you are not satisfied, we will refund you.
Email us at hello@localext.com with your order details. You can find your order ID in the receipt email sent by Paddle at the time of purchase.
We will process your refund request within 24 hours. The refund will be issued through Paddle and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund is processed, your Pro license key will be deactivated. The extension will revert to the Free tier. Your locally stored data — aliases, settings, and exported files — will remain on your device and are not affected.
All new installations receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully explore Pro features during the trial before purchasing.
