By installing or using any LocalExt extension (Palet, Nest, Fyll) or visiting localext.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
LocalExt extensions are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a Pro license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension on your personal devices. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key.
Free tier features are available indefinitely at no cost. Pro features require a valid license key.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our extensions beyond what is permitted by applicable law; use our extensions for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent license key validation; or distribute modified versions of our extensions.
Pro licenses are available as a one-time purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region. All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
We offer a 30-day full refund on all Pro license purchases, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at hello@localext.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5-10 business days.
New installations receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required. After the trial period, Pro features are locked until a license is purchased. Free tier features remain available indefinitely.
Our extensions store all user data locally on your device. We do not collect personal data through our extensions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Our extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalExt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our extensions or website.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the extension changelog.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
